  16.        FWKLU121.ZIP, for people who have not yet installed the FWKCS
  17.        system.

  19.        Registration price for the FWKLU121 package is ten dollars ($10) 
  20.        plus all applicable taxes (in New York State, 8.25%).

  22.        Payment must be by check or money order, in U.S. currency, drawn
  23.        on a U.S. bank. Make the check or money order payable to "Fred
  24.        Kantor" or to "Frederick W. Kantor", and please write on the
  25.        back:  "for deposit only".
